A bit different from the ones we have here in Vietnam (I am a Cantonese born and grew up in VN, and live in an area with lots of Cantonese), we usually have deep-fried wontons, your version reminds me of 水煎包 (I've never tried it, but they look alike and as far as I know it's also cooked that way).
    Looks delicious anyway~~ Thanks for demonstrating and the recipe~ : )
