Ingredients:

1-2 boiled potatoes and carrots
Small piece of onion chopped
3-4 stalks of cilantro leaves/coriander
1.5 cups of bread crumbs. Basically just used some stale bread/side slices and crumbled them up in my grinder
Seasoning/ spices per your choice
I used
1 tsp salt
1.5 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic salt
1.5 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp anardana/ Dried Pomogranate seeds powder
(lends flavour, tanginess to these kabobs)
1/2 tsp ajwain seeds (Carom seeds)
1 tsp dried Mango Powder (amchur)

– Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with mashed potatoes and carrots and then cook in small portions on a heated pan until both sides are golden brown (4-5 mins on each side) serve with chutney/sauce of your choice.
Enjoy!
