  23. Folks–with HALF of the food and noodles shown in this wok, you would have a crowded wok! With a HOT wok, you must cook in SMALL batches–3-4 cups total food at the most! WIth this much food in a wok you are doing the classic American mistake with Chinese food–you are "stir stewing", NOT stir frying…!
