Instant Jalebi Recipe Halwai Style Without Rangkat Hydro Yeast – CookingShooking

In this video, we will make Instant Jalebi, in halwai style, without using chemicals like Rangkat/Hydro. This is a very easy Indian Sweet Recipe, which if made otherwise traditionally is tricky to achieve a perfect Crispy and Juicy Texture. We will not be using yeast so it’s good for all. Make this at home, and enjoy the mithai ghar taste from your kitchen.

  1. Hey Yaman love your channel. All your vdos are very well explained and very practical using basic utensils and ingredients. No fancy kitchen set ups which most of us usually don't have …so love you for keeping it so easy. Just one question since I don't prefer using maida n white sugar much what could be an alternative to it. Please do reply I really am keen on trying out this rcp with a substitute to maida
