Perfect Barbecued Ribs.

Rub Recipe as follows:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup paprika
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoons ground cumin

  4. Do be careful yanking off that rib membrane . The bones can be razor sharp and one slip could cause a serious cut . Great looking ribs . Are you saving them for someone ? Could have torn into one for us . Now i gotta do ribs . Thanks a lot .

  6. I adore Ribs,and I have developed my own recipe over 40 years. Chilli powder,Tomato Puree,Salt,Dark Treacle,Coriander,Olive Oil,-cook ribs in the oven for 20 minutes with Olive Oil ,Ground Black Pepper and Salt until they are cooked through;All the other ingredients have been cooking slowly in a smaller pan,which is then painted onto the ribs which are frequently removed from the oven to have the sauce re-painted/applied.They will take at least 1 hour,(Oven heat should be on Medium by now)

  7. Great Video clip! Do you use a thermometer to check the internal temperature of your meat? Last weekend, the hosts of a bbq I attended recommended I should buy a ‘Chef Remi Cooking Thermometer’ (I think he mentioned you can buy it online on amazon) as its very accurate and has a lifetime guarantee.  I would appreciate your thoughts if you have used this model before?

  8. the ribs LOOK good, but i need to see the end result. cut the ribs minimum so we can see the tenderness of the rib. you suck.

  10. This will be my first time grilling ribs. I'm nervous as hell 😓 lol but when grilling ribs, do you ever flip them over or do you just sit them bone side down and let them do its thing? Some ppl have their own methods of grilling and I didn't want to mess up a good slab of ribs…

  13. You can do this on a weber (indirect heat) IF you know how to control the heat. Use some lumps of hardwood too.
