Real Sichuan Food: Let’s Make Garlic Salty Sweet Spicy Tofu (YiMa Tofu)



My wife and I prepare a cold dish which is a quick and easy favorite of ours. Versions of the dish have many different names but we simply refer to it as YiMa tofu (Aunt tofu) because it was her Aunt who first introduced to us the sauce we use here. Its super easy, you can measure out the ingredients by eye, and it takes all of 5 mins to throw together. Hope you enjoy, it tastes great!
